Incredibly beautiful and terrific accommodation with magnificent setting really close to roof top restaurant as well as shopping malls and attractions. Well-appointed room & fine bathroom. Centrally positioned in the business area of Santiago. Plus, walking distance to Andesgear. Lots of food in the hotel, rooftop restaurant;)))

Incredible central location close to restaurants and bars, the large shopping centre and the Turistico bus stop and El Golf. Las Condes district was worth staying in. Overall it was well-equipped with comfortable beds.

Das Hotel war neu renoviert, Zimmer waren sehr bequem, gute Anbindung zum JFK Flughafen, kurze Entfernung zur U-Bahn für Manhattan und Flughafen, WLAN und große TV waren klasse, freundlicher Check-in am Nachmittag.

I enjoyed the well-appointed and well-maintained hotel.

I was given spacious well appointed and well-equipped room with 2 baths, lovely view and fridge. Its absolutely perfect, central location was a plus.

The location of the hotel was marvellous and perfect - around 10-15 minutes walk from an open - air museum. Distance to the airport was just 25 km.

Free parking on site provided. Beautiful building and rooms with lovely view. Centrally located by the financial district, enjoyed this place.

Convenient location near the metro and main shopping areas in Providencia. Easy access to the surrounding mountains and the Costanera Center. The executive suite offers a comfy bed for a good night's sleep. 🏞️

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, providing a nice retreat after a long day of Christmas shopping. the staff members were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or requests we had.

There were a few aspects that left a lot to be desired. the air conditioning in the room was quite noisy and made it difficult to sleep peacefully at night.

Whenever we go to Chile we choose this hotel, because of its excellent location, comfort, quality, and efficiency of the staff. This time we were assigned room 1503, spectacular. Super silent, spacious, in short, very nice. Our plane left in the afternoon and they allowed us to stay almost 3 hours more.

Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired: little variety, always the same and, moreover, scarce. The croissants and croissants are only given to you if you ask for them! That is, when you ask for them, they bring you a small dish with one or two of them, the exact amount you asked for. When there was juice, there were no glasses; when they brought the juice, the glasses were gone! There were no plates or bowls to serve you either. The hotel was fairly clean centrally located in very nice quiet area very close to Santiago on a regular basis and all the good restaurants. Its location next door to Andesgear was great and perfect. I ate at the rooftop restaurant near the property.
